By accessing or using the services provided by MC Truck Repair, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users of our roadside assistance and mobile truck repair services in the Chicagoland area.

2. Services Provided

MC Truck Repair provides the following services:

• 24/7 mobile truck service and roadside assistance
• DOT inspections and compliance services
• Flat tire service and tire repairs
• Minor roadside repairs including brake, suspension, and air system repairs
• Jump start services
• First regen services

All services are subject to availability, technician expertise, and appropriate weather and safety conditions.

3. Service Requests and Scheduling

When you request our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and service needs
• Be available at the specified location during the scheduled service window
• Ensure safe access to your vehicle for our technicians
• Notify us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule

We strive to provide prompt service but cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to traffic, weather, and emergency situations.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on:

• Type of service required
• Parts and materials needed
• Time of service (emergency after-hours rates may apply)
• Location and travel distance

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and fleet cards. A service fee may apply for declined payments or insufficient funds.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee to cover travel time and expenses. Emergency roadside assistance calls cannot be refunded once a technician is en route.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• All labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service
• Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Diagnostic services and inspections are not covered by warranty

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC Truck Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Safety and Compliance

You acknowledge that:

• Our technicians have the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle meets all applicable DOT regulations
• Roadside repairs are temporary solutions and may require follow-up service
• You must follow all technician recommendations regarding vehicle safety

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MC Truck Repair, Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Cook County, Illinois. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
